Information you choose to provide

The website does not silently upload RFQ form data. The form creates an email draft in your own mail application. If you send that email, VeriPCB receives the contact and project information you included.

Purpose

Business contact information and project details are used to assess enquiries, communicate about quotations and manage potential or existing supplier relationships.

Confidential files

Request an NDA or approved transfer method before sending confidential, export-controlled or regulated information. Do not send unnecessary personal data.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is retained only for legitimate business, legal and security needs and shared only with personnel or service providers necessary to evaluate or fulfil the request.

Contact andy@reach.veripcb.com to ask about information associated with your business enquiry. If analytics, CRM or online file-upload services are added later, this notice will be updated to describe them.
